I just arrived and it's Christmas time in KL!!! look at all the fancy deco! They even had a sit on santa's lap session which we dun have in a certain childhood-deprived place, KIDDING haha but all the deco was still quite meaningless if you ask me. They did not have the first sillable of Christmas. Christmas in Singapore RAWKED.

FISH REFLEXIOLLOGY!! so fun! the feeling was like hundreds of little mouths nibbling on your feet. Haha , look at my bro's emaciated face.

This was an authentic Korean BBQ restaurant run by real Koreans. SUUUUPER nice:D

and of course, how can you say you've been to KL without trying the famous Bak Kut Teh

dun go to the kitchen though, or you might just lose your appetite:P

CHRISTMAS DINNER!!!!!! By my mom no less!!! YUM!!! Roast Turkey with special stuffing and Lobster Angel's hair pasta.

A plate of turkey

Carving a work of art

and of course, which Christmas dinner would be complete without a log cake?:D

PRESENTS!!! YAY!!!
haha The next day we went to Cameron highlands. These are a few shots of it

the lobby of the hotel we stayed in

the hotel buildings

Then we went to a tea plantation. IT WAS MESMERIZING

then we went to this place FILLED with flowers and we could have teas and muffins among them.

afterwards we went to a rose garden.

roses are red

and pink

and white
and blue and indigo and violet:D
then it's the bee farm buzzbuzz

the bee's home, each of those boxes got a queen. haha reminds me of the line from "Bee Movie": "That's no Queen! It's a guy in a dress! It's a drag queen...."

After the bees it's the birds!!! nah it's the butterflies

the butterflies here are really friendly! either that or they have completely lost the will to live...

They got snakes too!!

We even got to see a butterfly struggling to get out of its coccoon, so cool.

After that we had dinner at a local steamboat place the view was gorgeous

after that we went to Smokey's, a rustic style hotel come restaurant openned by the westerners who once settled here. It was really homey and really nice

We were waiting here for ONE HOUR for a table, thankfully the scenery was good and the food was.........mouthwatering, I ordered roast lamb shank in french style I think

haha the BB guys will love the next pic

Then it was time to go to our hotel, another rustic hotel aptly named......Bala's!! no pun intended

the hotel was reeeeeallly nice, all of us were staying in small houses

the Scones were SUBLIME, add milk tea and a table atop of a hill and it's PERFECT.

After Cameron Highlands we headed to Penang but made a quick pitstop at Ipoh. I dunno but the sky in Ipoh was unnaturally blue. It was beautiful but weird somehow

Of course, we tried the famed Ipoh horfun. It was NOTHING like Singapore one. I didnt particularly like it cuz of it's slimeyness and the thick sweet and pungent sauce.

The Penang bridge, ooh the next pic is super funny.

Specially dedicated for wimps!!!!! look out, that guy at table 5 looks like he's about to give you a wedgie!!!

we stayed at a hotel called "g hotel" the name is just g

That night, we went to a local hawker centre to try out all the local delicacies such as Kway Teow, Laksa, Satay and so on. This particular shot was taken at a Lok Lok shop. beats S'pore hawkers hands down!

Next day we went to some clan house. AS expected they got plenty of traditional and antique cheena stuff in there and some pretty scary pictures as well. I think Jordon would love this place:p

Yay! this is more of my kind of thing! The St George's Cathedral, it was beautiful

Then, we headed towards the fruit farm, and on the way, stopped by this waterfall

fruits! so much fruits!!

His royal Highness!! The King of Fruits!!

The cactus fruit

The tree cursed by Jesus or rather, it's great great great great great great great great great great great great grand nephew's great great great great great great grandchild

Fruit buffet!

Fruit Juice!!! they had this strange red fruit which looked like a sharpe-edged paprika but is as small as a cherry, when they blended it with together with the other fruits the taste was so fresh and tropical

Then we went to another butterfly farm in Penang. the butterflies here had more life though haha

look it's my distant cousin!!

and these are Ben's distant cousins haha

is that a tribes person? or an insect? you decide

haha just a fun shot outside the farm. We even bought this Beautiful encased butterfly which is at my house now

After that we went to the toy museum. They had all sorts of toys! new and old. My brother and I even saw alot of toys we used to play with when we were children! the nostalgia....sigh....

Gawsh... I used to have at least 4/5 of these when I was younger
Well that brings us to the end of the Malaysia trip and a start of a new year!! Happy NEw YEar!!!
